I had a very disappointing experience with XM regarding my deposit.
My deposit was made on 03/03/2026, and I submitted all the required proof. However, even after 3 days, the deposit has still not been credited to my account. In the past, I also had to wait almost one week for a similar issue.
What is more frustrating is that the support team did not properly check the proof I provided. After 3 days, I received an email saying that the deposit was not made on 02/03/2026, which is incorrect because my actual deposit date is 03/03/2026.
I have never faced such issues with other brokers, and even my friends have experienced similar problems with this service.
Due to this repeated issue and poor support response, I have decided to deactivate my account and will not use XM again.
