Very disappointing experience with XM regarding a deposit issue.
On 1 March 2026, I made a payment of ₹20,000 to fund my trading account. The transaction was completed successfully from my bank and shows as successful with UTR: 606057590693. The payment was sent to GPay ID: Gpay-12196606456@okbizaxis.
Despite the amount being debited from my account and confirmed by the payment system, the funds have still not been credited to my XM trading account.
I have already contacted XM support and provided the UTR number, transaction proof, and payment details, but instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was only asked to wait without a clear explanation or timeline.
For a platform that claims to be a professional global trading broker, this type of payment handling and delayed resolution is extremely concerning. Traders expect deposits to be processed reliably and customer support to act promptly when problems occur.
I strongly request XM to trace this transaction using the UTR number and credit the amount immediately, or issue a refund. Situations like this seriously affect user trust in the platform.
