Without a doubt, they deserve the award for worst support in the brokerage world, and trust in them is nonexistent. I deposited 898 USD, and the money was deducted from my account and received by the XM service provider. However, it wasn't credited to my wallet. I contacted support and filed a complaint about six days ago, and I still haven't received my money back, even though I provided all the necessary documentation. I even received an email from them confirming receipt of the funds and stating that the process was being reversed. But six days have passed, and I haven't received anything. Support is avoiding answering my questions, like parrots repeating a memorized line: "We will respond to you via email as soon as possible." Six days have passed, and I still haven't received my money from XM.
