I made a deposit on 30/01/2026 of inr 9200 . The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. And already checked with the bank the amount was successfully transferred to the beneficiary. But the xm team tells that the amount was not credited in their payment service provider's bank account.. I raised complaint through email and in starting 5-7 days they saying that the payment service provider is not responding and after many days . They saying that they haven't recieved the amount.. I had send everything payment proof each and every detail they want.. but didn't got my money and don't know where is my money..

Today 20 days are gone and don't now where is my fund..

Guys they are doing scam. Don't use xm trading

am very much frustrated with this experience.
I made a deposit of ₹30,000 on 20 January via NEFT, and now it has been almost 1 full month, yet the amount is still not credited. This is completely unacceptable for any financial platform.
Additionally, I made another deposit of ₹3,500 on 18 February via IMPS, and that is also not credited.
I have already submitted all required proofs multiple times, but there is still no proper update, no clear timeline, and no accountability from the support team.
This kind of delay is seriously affecting my trading and trust. Waiting 1 month just for a deposit is not normal at all.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to stop trading here permanently.
Very disappointed. Not recommended.

The partnership department has not replied to my emails. I have been waiting for 10 days. I have funds in my partner account, but my account has still not been verified. I submitted my documents 10 days ago and have not received any response.
I sent emails to sdounas... and ib... emails but there has been no reply. At this point, I am starting to worry and question whether this broker is legitimate.

My fellow traders, after a long and arduous 54-day ordeal, I finally recovered a portion of my funds from this fraudulent broker. I advise you to stay away from these scammers. They have many methods to steal traders' money. Even if you're successful and try to withdraw your funds, you might find yourself in the same situation as me: they refuse to transfer your money, leaving you stuck for nearly two months until they negotiate with you and you only get back a portion, not all of it. Ultimately, the worst experience with a broker who claims to be trustworthy but is actually a bunch of scammers is with XM Global. Be extremely careful and do not deal with this fraudulent broker They receive 5 stars for worst their support in the world, and they also receive 5 stars for silencing any complaints posted on social media, as happened to me when I commented on their page at X about my problem. They blocked me to silence me and you can check my profile photo i but it there and prevent me from exposing their tricks and fraudulent methods. Finally, be extremely careful when dealing with this fraudulent intermediary.

This is my XM account no. - 91957761. I had requested for withdrawal on 22nd January but I have not received it yet. I also talked to support, they told me to mail them the bank statement, I processed that too, even after that I have not received my withdrawal. Till now if I talk to support then they say it will be done today, they do this, 11 days have passed and I have not received any response from them. I am scared to trade on their platform, that is why I have stopped trading here. XM has a very worst service, I have told my friends also, one last hope, if I get my withdrawal then it will be fine, otherwise I will tell everyone to switch from XM. Please check with another broker, these people are stopping the payout.

Recently they replied me and saying we send you a message personally but I didn’t get any message from their side shame on you xm global
You are scamming innocent people for their hard earned money 😠

Clearly the worst support experience I've had

They truly deserve recognition for having the worst support in the brokerage industry, and trust in them is completely lacking. I deposited 898 USD, and while the amount was deducted from my account and acknowledged by the service provider, it was never credited to my wallet. I reached out to the support team and filed a complaint about six days ago, yet I still haven't seen my funds returned, despite providing all necessary documentation. I even received an email confirming that they acknowledged the funds and mentioned that the process was being reversed. But now, six days later, there's been no resolution. The support team seems to be evading my inquiries, repeating the same scripted response: "We will respond to you via email as soon as possible." Six days have gone by, and my money is still missing.

Without a doubt, they deserve the award for worst support in the brokerage world, and trust in them is nonexistent. Xm scammed with holding my funds which…

Xm scammed with holding my funds which i deposited.I deposited 1000$ with crypto and made some trades,overall i ended up with 1200$ and when i went for withdraw,they took my to different verificatins (even though my account was fully verfied with documents before i even took 1st trade).Now its been 5 days they keep rejecting my withdraw requests and i get a feel they are trying to fraud,but i wont sit and follow it everywhere online untill i get my funds back.Note : i will keep updating this review based on how their support resolve the matter.

Complain to Cyber fraud for XM350 amount taken but not credited

i deposited 50,000 into account and my money got stuck. i complain to cyberfraud department. They have freeze their account. Please avoid this scam. They do not credit your account. Cyber fraud department will put lein on the money you deposited.
