I deposited 898 USD, and while the amount was deducted from my account and acknowledged by the service provider, it was never credited to my wallet. I reached out to the support team and filed a complaint about six days ago, yet I still haven't seen my funds returned, despite providing all necessary documentation. I even received an email confirming that they acknowledged the funds and mentioned that the process was being reversed. But now, six days later, there's been no resolution. The support team seems to be evading my inquiries, repeating the same scripted response: "We will respond to you via email as soon as possible." Six days have gone by, and my money is still missing.
