The hotel is located on the outskirts of Amsterdam city center. You can get to the center easily with a near by tram. There’s a motorway directly next the hotel, so you get some noise but it also makes it easily reachable by car. Parking was affordable too.
The room itself felt a bit run down. We had a comfort room with a larger bed, but the mattress cover was meant for a smaller bed, which is a total no go when you pay for more space. They also didn’t have fitting bedsheets but used two separate ones. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in sorting that out. The bed and pillows weren’t too comfortable either. The curtains had dirt on them, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the towels had seen their best days. Overall, just a feeling that the hotel wasn’t being taken care of as well as it should be.
