We frequently stay at this hotel and it's a very good one.
The hotel and the rooms are very comfortable.
The position is not too far from Schilpol and by the bus 19 you can easily reach the city centre in a few minutes.
Two small things to be improved :
in our bathroom the heating was not working , we informed the reception and they told us they knew it but could not do anything to repair it.
The light at the bedtime tables is not so good and doesn't allow you, for example, to read a book.
I really enjoyed my stay at the XO Inner Amsterdam. My wish was to get the room on the top floor and the hotel staff was very attentive and I got the room 409. The location is perfect for visiting museums and center of the city. The room service was perfect, the room was cleaned every day. The staff of the hotel is very nice,polite and supportive. I can only recommend this hotel and would come again.
Not informed about building work taking place in the rooms next door before arrival. Whilst this does stop at 6pm, it is quite loud hammering and drilling in the mornings. Staff were great and accommodating throughout our stay.
The hotel is excellent — beautiful and very clean overall. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the quality of the place.
However, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service. The cleaning staff only emptied the trash and changed the linens. There was no vacuuming and no proper cleaning done in the room.
For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better. The housekeeping service definitely needs improvement.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Amsterdam city center. You can get to the center easily with a near by tram. There’s a motorway directly next the hotel, so you get some noise but it also makes it easily reachable by car. Parking was affordable too.
The room itself felt a bit run down. We had a comfort room with a larger bed, but the mattress cover was meant for a smaller bed, which is a total no go when you pay for more space. They also didn’t have fitting bedsheets but used two separate ones. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in sorting that out. The bed and pillows weren’t too comfortable either. The curtains had dirt on them, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the towels had seen their best days. Overall, just a feeling that the hotel wasn’t being taken care of as well as it should be.
We are very happy with our stay at XO Hotel Inner. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable beds. Its very close to museum square and there is supermarket in 5 min walk, also a few options for cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend it.
Room number 4 is really bad concerning the temperature the Air-conditioning was not working at all. It was freezing cold although I tried everything to change the temperature control system in the room . Terrible.
My experience at XO Hotel Park West in Amsterdam was excellent. The check-in and check-out process was truly easy and smooth. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the room was consistently clean and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly and the access to the hotel and the room was very convenient.
The hotel is also very nice and comfortable overall, and the location is great especially because it’s close to the train station, which made getting around Amsterdam really easy. I would definitely stay here again!
A very welcome hotel, with a comfortable room and well equipped bathroom. The temperature on the room was perfect and anyway easy to regulate. Very appreciable the welcome coffee and thea that was offered everyday. The only negative point was the WiFi, whose signal was very low and sometimes absent
Hotel was in a good location on a number 2 tram / bus it stopped right outside the hotel and took you right into the city centre in 15 minutes excellent breakfast rooms spacious and clean aircon and heating great shower with heated bathroom floor
