The hotel is excellent — beautiful and very clean overall. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the quality of the place.
However, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service. The cleaning staff only emptied the trash and changed the linens. There was no vacuuming and no proper cleaning done in the room.
For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better. The housekeeping service definitely needs improvement.
