The hotel was as we expected. We slept really well, and it was quiet. Beds were very comfy! The room was spacious and clean, and we liked that there was a mini fridge which was empty, so we could store our snacks in there.
It did feel a bit awkward checking in (with the self check-in) when there wasn't anyone greeting and welcoming us to the hotel even though staff were present at the reception, but maybe they were busy with something else :) After the initial impression, we did find out everyone was really friendly and helpful.
The location didn't bother us since the tram stop was just outside the hotel and it didn't take long to get to the centre. The breakfast was decent but did not have a lot of variety and I would have liked more fruits. However we did get full and got a good start to the day!
Overall we had a good experience and would consider visiting XO hotels again!
