I’ve been a client as an autónomo for a year, and overall the service itself was fine. Everything worked smoothly on a monthly basis, and I didn’t have major complaints about the core service.However, when I needed to submit my first annual declaration, I discovered that Xolo charges extra for it. Many other providers include annual filings for free if you’ve been their client for a year. On top of that, Xolo’s fees for annual forms are 2–3 times higher than what other services charge.Because of this, I decided to cancel my subscription and move to another provider. Unfortunately, canceling was not as straightforward as expected. I requested cancellation on February 17, but I was still charged for the entire following month due to their 30-day cancellation policy.To be clear, the service quality itself is fine. My disappointment is mainly related to the high pricing (which is their business decision in a free market) and the fact that I was charged for an additional month even though I had already requested cancellation two weeks earlier.For me, the combination of higher monthly fees, expensive annual filings, and a strict cancellation policy makes it difficult to recommend.
