They don’t care and they do not solve your tax issues the way they claim to.
They won’t guide you through the process or inform you about critical matters or things that needed to be done on time, and in the end you will lose time and money. Hire a proper accountant. This service simply doesn’t care about you.

If a mistake happens, they will tell you that you did something wrong and will try to avoid taking responsibility. Don’t believe their claims and stay away from them.

High Prices and Difficult Cancellation Process

I’ve been a client as an autónomo for a year, and overall the service itself was fine. Everything worked smoothly on a monthly basis, and I didn’t have major complaints about the core service.However, when I needed to submit my first annual declaration, I discovered that Xolo charges extra for it. Many other providers include annual filings for free if you’ve been their client for a year. On top of that, Xolo’s fees for annual forms are 2–3 times higher than what other services charge.Because of this, I decided to cancel my subscription and move to another provider. Unfortunately, canceling was not as straightforward as expected. I requested cancellation on February 17, but I was still charged for the entire following month due to their 30-day cancellation policy.To be clear, the service quality itself is fine. My disappointment is mainly related to the high pricing (which is their business decision in a free market) and the fact that I was charged for an additional month even though I had already requested cancellation two weeks earlier.For me, the combination of higher monthly fees, expensive annual filings, and a strict cancellation policy makes it difficult to recommend.

There's a room to improve, stil very good!

Overall experience is very good.When I opened my autonomo there were some inconsistencies in the application form - I had to check them thoroughly, but when anything found, the Xolo fixed that quickly.Communication with support in English was good, answers to my multiple questions were withing regular Spanish business hours, they were always quick and helpful, communication is always on good level: clear, unambiguous, respectful.Where to improve: I wish there was some more transparent step-by-step wizard - or - just a written documentation on what exactly happens behind the scene when you start an autonomo registration. You surely can ask support what's going on, but a lot of questions would disappear if I they had such a write up.

Thank you Maria and Xolo for all of you help

I moved to Italy as a freelancer and was immediately overwhelmed with the process of setting it up and getting my head around the world of Italian tax. Xolo has not only made it easier but it has become absolutely essential! The app is simple to use and I no longer fear fines and mistakes with the invoicing process. I would like to give my thanks to Maria who was assigned to me and has always been unbelievably helpful with any questions I have had (Many, many questions) and always replies with deep and detailed answers. She has essentially guided me single-handedly through the Italian tax system. Her English is unbelievable , as is her knowledge of the Italian tax world. Thank you Maria!Initially i was sceptical about paying so much for an online invoicing platform (I moved form the UK where it is rarely required for small freelancers) however you quickly learn that If you have no prior knowledge of the Italian system then you need help and an in person accountant costs much more. I am convinced the fines I would accumulate without Xolo would be more than the cost and I can also sleep at night as I don’t have to face Italian tax on my own.

First of all customer services are absolutely perfect, Xolo is easy to use, simple. And now those invoices works well with another accountant programs like before those programs didnt understand that invoice "code" or name? but now it works.
