Just got off the phone with XOOM Energy Cust Svc. More billing problems. They did not send a bill. I got a REMINDER today, but no DUE DATE. I spoke to cust svc for more than one hour and ... got nowhere. Carlos M. could not help me, neither could he forward my call to management.It seems that XOOM assigned me two different accounts and is UNABLE to remove the bad one. Carlos said he forwarded a msg to another department, but he's not allowed to tell me which or to whom. Or how long it might take.This is the most incompetent company I've ever seen. They seem incapable of solving straigtforward problems.I ASKED THAT THEY REMOVE LATE FEES AND THAT i'D PAY THE BILL. BUT THEY CAN ONLY REMOVE 1 (ONE) LATE FEE PER YEAR!!! EVEN IF THE PROBLEM IS THEIRS!!!!!I've never seen such incompetance. They seem good at adding late fees, etc, but cannot fix a problem that they admit is theirs.So I will pay them but then I will close my account with XOOM Energy. And I suggest that all who read this review do the same.
