After just a week of use, the case was already heavily scratched, which is very disappointing for the price. I tried to resolve this issue through multiple channels (chat and email), but received no responses. In the chat, I was told I would get a reply within a few hours, but that never happened. Along with the poor quality of the cases, the lack of customer service has made the experience even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this service.
