Unsatisfactory quality and lack of support

Within just a week of normal use, the case was already covered in scratches, which is extremely disappointing given the price. I attempted to address this issue through various channels (chat and email) but received no response. In the chat, I was promised a reply within a few hours, but that never materialized. Along with the subpar quality of the cases, the absence of customer support has made the experience even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this service.

Outstanding customer support

I recently reached out to the company to request a return for a product that wasn’t functioning correctly and asked for a refund. I was assisted by a representative who responded immediately and was very courteous and professional. I was told to keep the original product and received a refund right away. It’s rare to find a service that handles issues with such efficiency and professionalism. I’m truly impressed and will definitely continue to support this company. Highly recommended!

I ordered the wrong size, and the representative could not have been more helpful. They promptly sent me the correct size, trusting me to return my original order, which I did. You can’t ask for better service than that. The cases themselves are wonderful.

Lack of communication

Hello. I have received no updates regarding my order. I made a purchase from your platform over a week ago, and it seems it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I would appreciate an update as I wish to make a change to the order, which is difficult without customer service assistance. I also reached out through your website and was promised a response within five hours, which I never received, and I have sent an email as well. Thank you.

Disappointment with product quality and warranty response

I was initially very excited about my purchase from this brand, but my experience has been quite disappointing. The product broke unexpectedly after just one year of normal use, with a key component detaching and causing my phone to fall. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the product was outside of the warranty period, despite it being within the two-year warranty required by EU law. I pointed this out, but the only offer I received was a 25% discount code for a future purchase. I appreciate the gesture, but I expected the company to stand behind their product and comply with their legal obligations. Sadly, the product quality and after-sales support did not meet expectations. I will think twice before ordering again.

No more purchases

I have been a loyal customer since 2019, but I will not return to this company. Their products fail, and they do not take customer feedback into account. Prices keep rising while quality remains stagnant. I emailed them about a broken lanyard (the fourth one in a row over the years!), and they didn’t even offer to send me a replacement. Disgusting and disgraceful. I am done.
