What a profound disappointment with both the product quality and customer service I have experienced recently. Despite my attempts to resolve issues with a tarnishing Carabiner Rope and AirPod Case, the response from the team has left me disheartened and disappointed.I have been a loyal customer and have recommended XOUXOU to numerous individuals. However, given the recurring problems and the inadequate resolution process, I am adamant that I will no longer be purchasing from this brand.It is truly a shame that my loyalty has not been met with understanding and flexibility. I had hoped for a more accommodating response, especially considering the assurance I received during a previous exchange with Gülsen.I genuinely admired your products and wanted to continue supporting the brand. However, the ongoing issues and the lack of a satisfactory resolution have compelled me to explore alternatives.Given my experience, and the experience of others I have read about on here with similarly less than satisfactory experiences, I sincerely hope improvements can be made for the benefit of both existing and future customers if this brand is to continue trading.
