I had a very frustrating experience using XPSell. I followed their instructions and listed my tickets, expecting to receive offers as they promote on their platform and social media.
Instead, I kept getting inconsistent and contradictory responses. When I listed one set of tickets, I was told it was “too soon.” Now, after uploading my BTS ticket, I’m being told it may be “too far.” There is no clear guidance, and it feels like no matter what I do, there is always a different reason why my tickets won’t receive offers.
This lack of transparency and consistency makes the platform unreliable and confusing to use. I expected a straightforward process, but instead I’ve had to deal with unclear rules and no results.
Very disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their communication and provide clear, consistent guidelines.

A canned email saying “we’re unable to make an offer at this time.” That’s not a guarantee. That’s a lie.They throw around words like “supply and demand” to sound official but really it’s just an excuse to back out. If you can’t actually guarantee anything, don’t advertise it. I wasted my time on this garbage and got nothing but a copy and paste rejection.XP Tickets is a joke.
