I received the correct water filter for my refrigerator through All filters. Ordering was easy and delivery time was decent. I'm happy that i will have another new filter automatically sent in 3 months. Clean drinking water is a mist for my family.
I'm really pleased with the product so far; it functions well and is simple to set up. However, I was disappointed that I didn't receive any information about the delivery timeline when I placed my order. I expected to see an estimated delivery date after completing the payment.
I used Google wallet to checkout which I rarely do. It auto loaded an old address without me realizing until after the transaction. It was night time so I left a VM and sent an email. The next day I both got a call back and email saying the address is changed and it's all set. Very reactive customer service and competitively priced.
Upon removing the old Water Filter and replacing it with the SpiroPure Water Filter, the ice maker and the cold water dispenser on my Whirlpool refrigerator still did not work, and the error message "Replace Filter" continued to display.
