The service had frequent issues, often dropping calls. Sometimes the audio was poor, while other times it worked decently. Unlike other platforms like WhatsApp or FaceTime, this service lacked clarity. Customer service was lacking as well. Even with fast 5G or Wi-Fi, it didn’t perform well. I wouldn’t recommend it. Texting often got stuck, requiring me to restart the app. While it was convenient to have a texting service, I will be searching for another option. I used this for six months; calls were sometimes functional but not reliable enough for work.
