I have had a terrible experience with my xplore. I live in rural Alberta, I am currently and will continue to be using Starlink. I had been reached out to about Xplores 500/50 plan. I had the tower installed with great signal according to the technician. However, at first there was a provisioning issue on the backend of xplores service. I was told it would be resolved within 24 hours at first. The next day the same issue, I was told it would be another 24-48 hours. After two days and being on hold for 20+ minutes every time i need to speak to someone. I was told issue is fixed everything is working. I go to join the network and the login page refreshes and nothing happens. I phone about the issue, and am told it is the same issue that was supposedly resolved.. I am then told it will be another 24-48 hours. 2 days later I am told the exact same thing🤣. The customer service folks speak very poor English, incredibly difficult to understand. So after a week of being told the same issue will be fixed within 24-48 hours I am having it removed and will be sticking with Starlink. With Starlink, I was up and running within 5 minutes of plugging the dish in. I would highly recommend Starlink over xplore. Very consistent and 300+mbps for myself.
