I gave them a one because 0 wasnt an option. They have a problem with our cable television feed which hasn't been fixed in 16 days, with no ETA and they keep using different lies to explain the problem. We have had multiple outages of internet, almost daily occurrences. Late last year they charged me late fees on my automatic bank withdrawal because they changed the form, and didn't bother to tell me I had to fill out a new one. The one they supplied online was the wrong one! Incompetence is the only description.
