The worst logistics company ever. customer service agents need total re-training. They failed to deliver on the agreed day even though I took a day off work and they did not show up or notify me. I called and was told they could not even find me on the routing for that day so had to reschedule and the lady I spoke was not helpful. When they dropped package a week later, it was just left on my neighbours wooden fence which weakened the fence due to the heavy size of the package. From the consistent negative reviews i can see here, its a big shame to the Directors and senior managers who obviously cannot seem to be bothered to hire the right people or take disciplinary actions. Big shame on the directors and owners, including companies like Keter sheds that keeps giving them repeat business.
