Very unhelpful and not very polite !!! I asked them to help me to take the package upstairs in the lift as it weighs over 30 kilos and they refused.
Never ever have had this with other companies! I wish Leroy Merlin would find another company that delivers. Reading other people’s comments they all say the same.

Funds were stuck, but support came through!

Delivery Nightmare and Poor Support

I ordered a safe from a retailer, expecting it to arrive on the Monday before Christmas, but it ended up being delivered on New Year’s Eve instead. For 10 days, it sat at the local facility waiting for delivery. On the delivery day, there was only one driver, who had to manage a 280-pound safe alone, using just a pallet jack and no assistance. He had to navigate steps and move the safe into my home without a hand truck, which was particularly challenging on my hardwood floors. As a woman over 50, I had to assist him. While the driver did his best, the situation highlighted the company's poor planning, expecting one person to handle such a heavy item alone, creating an unsafe experience for both the employee and the customer. This service was disappointing.

We were clear about pick-up and delivery details, yet they attempted to raise charges by 43% based on pick-up type. Issues reported by the driver contradicted video evidence. The support team unfairly blames drivers and creates false scenarios. We provided video proof, but the company showed no interest in changing the invoice. This feels like a scam; while the trucking industry has challenges, this service is particularly lacking in ethics and accountability. We've seen similar concerns from many others. Our organization has officially blacklisted this service for their overcharging practices, which their representatives can only apologize for. It appears this company suffers from high turnover due to a problematic corporate culture, creating a cycle of employees leaving quickly rather than engaging in unfair practices.

Shipment delay after pick-up.

The company picked up 9 pallets in a location and promised delivery 190 miles away, but after 6 days, it still hasn't arrived. The shipment is actually sitting at the nearby depot for two days now. Extremely frustrating!
