Horrible working experience with XPO logistics company. They change or cancel your pick up request all the time without sending out the new pickup information. You have to call their customer service No. to track down your request. But most of their customer service representative are the worse people to deal with! They all treated you like it’s your own fault to lose your pick up request or like you don’t know anything. They also hold off your delivery for days just because! I wouldn’t want to use their service ever again if I have another option!!
