He had to navigate steps and move the safe into my home without a hand truck, which was particularly challenging on my hardwood floors. As a woman over 50, I had to assist him. While the driver did his best, the situation highlighted the company's poor planning, expecting one person to handle such a heavy item alone, creating an unsafe experience for both the employee and the customer. This service was disappointing.
