Carolina made my entire week! I was worried about being able to get the wrong information on my order corrected before my items had to get returned to sender. Not only was she kind, her energy radiated through the phone giving me a positive outlook on my situation and reassuring me that she would do her best to solve it. I believe she went above and beyond to help a situation that was not XPoles fault at all. She did not make me feel bad about the mistakes and was quick to resolve my issue. Her turn around times on not only resolutions but communication was beyond my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service anywhere else.
