Review Time
I wish I saw these reviews before placing an order. I was very excited to get my first xpole. When it came in the mail the base that comes pre-assembled was defective. The next day I emailed them to figure it out. Xpole didn't email me back for a whole month. They said to call them. I call and no one answers multiple times on different days. I can't get in touch with anyone and its been 2 months now and I haven't been able to use the pole at all. I emailed asking if we could exchange that one part and no response. All of that money down the drain. I'm left with a piece of metal. :(
This was my first time ordering from X-pole. As one of the leading companies selling poles, I thought I would receive high quality products. I was wrong. Multiple pole pieces were rusted inside. And an extra extension I ordered, also had a deep scratch on it. I expected a new product, not an old rusty one with scratches.Shipping was fast though.Edit: from 1 star to 3They got back to me and offered a replacement of one of the pieces. As of the rust: they told me it's 'just' surface rust and WD40 would help with that. I'm still hesistant about this. As I believe they should make sure that the rust is cleaned off before shipping so the buyer doesn't have to do it. Nowhere on their website or the manual it says that there might be surface rust. Maybe they should state this somewhere.I'd still be careful buying from them though
I ordered on Wednesday and the pole was delivered already on Friday – super fast shipping! The quality is excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, so the setup was straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, everything worked perfectly and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I have already purchased several products from XPole and, when it comes to making a sale, they are very quick to reply. However, I received no response to several emails I sent requesting my tax number on the invoice. Nothing, not even one reply. Very poor customer service
First couple of orders were great. All recent ones have been shocking in terms of delivery and they clearly don’t care.E.g driver lying saying I’ve signed for goods, getting a text saying it’s due for delivery after they’ve apparently delivered it, not leaving a card when they can’t deliver it, the list goes on.Sales team couldn’t answer what should be a basic safety question and still waiting to hear back when they eventually run the test for it.
