I ordered an Xpert pro pole mid November, and was emailed the following day saying the pole was currently out of stock and it would likely be a month before it arrived, I understand the pandemic has caused havoc for companies getting and shipping stock, however it would have been nice to be aware before I placed my order, a few days later a notice was put on the website regarding stock delays The pole arrived and was installed mid December, seemed great however when I put the pole onto static the pole continued to spin slightly, I replied to the email address that had originally contacted me with a video and was forwarded to the technical team who within 12 hours or so of my original email said they would send me a replacement part which I was happy with, I took the pole down a few days later as the problem was getting worse, expecting the part to arrive shortly afterAfter a month I hadn’t received the replacement part so emailed the technical team asking for an update, after waiting for almost two weeks for a response I emailed the original email address that had contacted me, again asking for an update, this time I received a response within 48hours informing me that the order had been placed the previous day due to lack of stock, I received a shipping notification shortly afterI love the x lock feature, it makes the pole so easy to use, and having used x poles in the past I decided to purchase my own for home, however I’m disappointed by the lack of transparency around stock levels, and seeing other reviews detailing the same fault my pole has is concerning, it’s now been 12 weeks since I placed my order and I still don’t have a fully functioning pole, however I’m sure once the replacement part arrives I will be more than happy with the product
