Wrong item turns into best costumer service

Wow, a lot has happened with Xpole to get my order but I finally got it and I’m in love! I ordered the X-pole Lite and was accidentally mailed the Standard. I got in touch with an employee, Carolina, and she took care of everything. She was in constant contact to make sure I was taken care of. She had great customer service and I’m so happy she helped me along the way.
