I anticipated my order to ship at the end of the month, per the website announcement. Yesterday I received an email that my order processed and was going to be shipping soon. I wanted to verify this, as I need to make delivery arrangements. Not only did Caroline handle my inquiry politely and professionally, she assured me that my order was going to be shipping out soon, weeks before I even anticipated it. This was such exciting news and the positive interaction made my day.
