Absolute crap. Unresponsive, conflicting information when you phone as no-one is ever going to email you back. They totally ignore emails, questions and instructions. No response to any until you threaten them.
Im filing a complaint with the Ombudsman they are literally without doubt the worse company I have had to deal with. The fact they are dealing with people's future and money you'd expect it to be more professional. It's not.
