Absolute crap. Unresponsive, conflicting information when you phone as no-one is ever going to email you back. They totally ignore emails, questions and instructions. No response to any until you threaten them.
Im filing a complaint with the Ombudsman they are literally without doubt the worse company I have had to deal with. The fact they are dealing with people's future and money you'd expect it to be more professional. It's not.
The representative answered my call today and was very supportive from the beginning. She listened to my inquiry and recommended registering online. She took the time to guide me through the registration process, which now allows me access to my documents anytime. I truly appreciated her assistance.
