Placed an order and paid for the express delivery. After 2 days I tried calling and emailing to chase where my order was, given we'd paid for £19.99 for the express delivery, it took a week to be delivered! Never once heard back from customer service after chasing numerous times, so clearly no refund on the delivery charge!!
