Despite this company asking for more information, why I don’t know. They have had many emails. They are probably boarding on the worst of worst for customer service. Really sorry I made the decision to purchase from them. Do yourself a massive favour, Look elsewhere for your next purchase. Wish I had. How they manage to sleep at night. Judging by other comments they are use to negative reviews.
Placed an order and paid for the express delivery. After 2 days I tried calling and emailing to chase where my order was, given we'd paid for £19.99 for the express delivery, it took a week to be delivered! Never once heard back from customer service after chasing numerous times, so clearly no refund on the delivery charge!!

I opened the box and my heart sank - there were so many pieces and I thought assembly would be nightmare. But everything was so clear and well labelled, I managed to assemble in a couple of hours by myself. Really impressed with the bed now it's assembled and my son is thrilled to have more room with the desk underneath.

However, the representative went above and beyond to address this; we received a generous partial refund instead of a replacement due to availability. I felt the refund was fair for a minor issue, and we could manage the damage on our own, so it didn’t affect us moving forward. I've never dealt with a service that made resolving a complaint so effortless! The understanding of the inconvenience we faced was exceptional, and it truly felt like they prioritize customer satisfaction. We will definitely return and hopefully make another purchase! This service is disappointing. My son's bed arrived missing a crucial part! The bed isn't safe without it. I opened a support ticket and still haven't received a response after 20 days! It’s amusing that they respond to positive reviews quickly but ignore those with issues!
