I ordered a wig from them. This is the second one. As soon as I opened the box, I realized it was the wrong color. I emailed them to let them know. They insisted they sent the right color and said some nonsense about the color looking different in different light, as if we're not all familiar with how hair color and lights work. They said they would do a "one time" exchange for me, even though the website clearly says, "risk free returns and exchanges". Shady!So I sent a picture of the new wig next to the old wig, letting them know that if they are now referring to the wig I just received as a #2 in color, that I won't be able to order from them in the future because the color they sent me looks terrible on me. At that point, they finally admitted they made a mistake and again said that they would do a "one time free exchange". Again, shady but I played along to try and get this exchange done quickly. I responded letting them know that I understand that mistakes happen and that I need a return shipping label and expedited shipping on the wig that I ordered because I needed it for an event I'm attending. Here's where it got super shady. They wanted ME to pay for return shipping AND they wanted me to pay for another wig in order to get it to me in time. They said that they would reimburse me for the return shipping and refund me for the wrong wig they sent me as soon as they got it back. I don't think so. That's not remotely in the stratosphere of what I would refer to as "risk free returns and exchanges". That's what I would refer to as an interest free loan to correct your mistake. I don't appreciate being treated like a thief who is trying to get away with something when they're the ones who have been behaving like thieves who are trying to get away with something with the very first email that they sent me. I ended up contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges because after a week of going back and forth with these crooks, it was clear that they were not going to live up to the marketing on their website. Do yourself a favor and do your wig shopping somewhere else. There it is in their reply, "one time free exchange". They're admitting that the claim on the website is a lie so is everything else they said in the reply. They seem to have a disease where they can't admit that they made a mistake and sent the wrong wig. Would you trust them to refund you for return shipping?
