They say that if you are not satisfied with their product that you can return it, yet make it almost impossible to do so within their 30 day window. We submitted to have our return “approved” twice rejected. After many phone calls, and resubmitting seems they still can not give us the information to return their product. Thinking this is part of their business model. Their advertising of send it back if you don’t like it is super deceptive. Their website only posts positive reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!!UPDATE... Okay, finally got approval to return and given and address to send box, with more complicated hoops to jump through in order to meet their requirements. (Honestly, I found it easier to do my taxes this year than meet all the demands to return their product.) Also, I get to pay the return shipping, over $30 and now have to submit the documentation to get a store credit for that amount. I have little faith that they will even credit our credit card when they receive the return. Especially after reading several other reviews with the same concerns. Xsuit--- it isn't what you say, it is what you do! Your defensive reply to my review would better approached with reforming the onerous return process. STOPLISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERSFIX THE SYSTEMYou make the process painful and unnecessarily complex to discourage people from returning your items. Not the way to win return customers or referrals.
