I purchased the suit and after wearing it about 20 times over the span of 3 years, the material began to deteriorate and tear at the seams. I didn’t wear it often and ensured it was treated and cleaned properly. When I consulted a seamstress for repairs, they informed me that it was a material issue that couldn't be fixed. I reached out to the company, who requested an order number from 3 years ago before assisting me (fortunately, I had saved it in my email) and I provided pictures showing the issues in various areas. I was informed that they only offer a 1-year warranty, regardless of whether it was a manufacturing defect, and they wouldn’t take any action. There was no offer to replace it, repair it, or provide a discount on a newer model. Given the cost of the suit and its intended durability, it's not worth the risk if they don't stand by their manufacturing quality.
Well, let me lead by saying, the Xbriefcase is one of the best professional bags I've ever used. It's sleek, organized, and built to last. But the real thing I want to highlight is Xsuit's customer service. When there was wear damage on my briefcase, I asked their help desk how they'd recommend I go about fixing the damage. I never would have expected that they would accept a full return and then replace my briefcase free of charge! It's service like this that will keep me coming back to Xsuit time and time again.
This suit is so stretchy and so comfy. I’m a musician and I play 4 concerts a week in this suit, and comfort is key. It’s perfect. Fits beautifully, looks smart and I’m definitely buying a second one soon. I ordered the suit and it arrived in less than a week. Right after it arrived, customer service checked in to make sure everything was okay. Super pleased with how well this worked out for me.
Was skeptical at first about the on-line fitting and purchasing process plus, after years of tailored-suit purchases, I wondered how a suit could be ‘washable’ and still look good. The X Suit exceeded my expectations. It fit extremely well and looks great, even after a cold wash. Thank you!
I was skeptical about buying a suit for $500. But I must say once received it was one of the best fitting suits. I own many luxury and premium suits that surpass $2000. X Suit materials and comfort are incredible without sacrificing style and quality. The customer service was even better. Everything about the process was amazing. Immediately received a friendly, and personalized email. Tye suite came beautifully packaged. I eventually returned the suit, but then, the customer service was even better! As soon as I started the return process, I received another email helping me through the process! No trying to convince me etc. and money was returned on time! Well done Xsuits. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
I own 5 of their suits and I love them, the quality finish is excellent plus they are truly machine washable I will buy more they hold up to the weather extremes cause I work out side and when it rains you can just dry them fast with a rag. Plus the service is great
I needed to return the jacket. The customer service bot Maria, supportATxsuitDOTcom is a NON-WORKING - EMAIL ADDRESS. I cannot get customer support to make a return. The SuitX return process is not fair - beware if you remove a tag from the jacket button to it try on - SUITX contends that you cannot return the jacket. The zipper on the slacks is cheap and looks like a rental tuxedo - wish I could return mine - but I've been stymied by deceit.
