Having purchased the Xtool M1 last year I ran in to an issue with the machine, I reached out to support for help.The experience was truly second to none, I was partnered with Alisa to try and resolve my issue, and WOW this lady is the real deal!! What an asset to their company she is!So patient with me, helping me through every stage to get my machine running again. When things didn't work out and I was about to concede that I needed to bite the bullet and consider buying a new one she told me that I could post for repair (no cost to me)I jumped at the chance, and after a couple of weeks I received my M1 back.Unfortunately it was still not working correctly. It had been explained to me that it was maybe going to be the case before...But not to worry Alisa was at hand to help me again.Two days later and I am now awaiting a replacement machine, at only a small cost to me.The customer service, ALISA has been amazing and they should be very proud to have her as a colleague.I look forward to making in the future, and can only recommend XTool as a company.The ease of having a rebuilt machine, and the dedicated XCS site is fantastic, even for a novice like me.
