Waste of time equipment for 30 years old cars. Doesn’t connect at all with car pc. Send it back special delivery no refund. Chinese bullshit email replies . Seen pictures of piles of boxes of customer returns. Got my money back from paypal thanks god for that. Don’t waste your money and time. None of the equipment works no refunds.
What a joke of a company, they promise you the sun and the stars on their website but in fact they dont deliver, the customer service couldn't get worse, purchased a diagnostics tool that was supposed to be shipped from an eu warehouse and 12 days later im.srill waiting for an update, apparently it was sent from china. I will cancel my order and ask for a full refund.

I purchased an xtool ip500, this is the second one I have purchased. The first one, the lithium battery kept going flat when it was turned off, and bluetooth also turned off. I returned it for a replacement. The second tool had the same issue, the battery keeps going flat. It is general knowledge that you shouldn't keep running lithium batteries flat because it causes damage to the battery and shortens its life, so you have to keep the tool charged all the time so it's ready for use when you need it. Another fact you should unplug lithium batteries once full charged because its a fire risk at worst it can explode. Xtool say this is normal and not a fault, so be aware the tool is good value for money, but the lifespan of the tool will be short because of the battery issue.
I bought an Air Purifier AP@ October 31. It worked find for 2-3 weeks and then it started smoking. The first filter was plugged up and cannot get any return help via e-mail. I have tried several times to no avail. Can't a company care about a customer that spent $3700 do better than this?
Terrible customer service. Bought an A30M obd scanner, upon usage most the features don't work, its very limited, and very frustrating to use. Such as constantly asking to re-enter vehicles VIN. I thought okay, maybe its because I cheaped out. I request a refund and they seem happy to issue a refund and reply quick. Then once I got confirmation from royal mail that its been delivered to them, they begin replying slow. I keep asking after months about an update but they just say they're waiting for their warehouse to notify the item has been received. After a few emails, they stopped replying. 5 months later nothing
Having purchased the Xtool M1 last year I ran in to an issue with the machine, I reached out to support for help.The experience was truly second to none, I was partnered with Alisa to try and resolve my issue, and WOW this lady is the real deal!! What an asset to their company she is!So patient with me, helping me through every stage to get my machine running again. When things didn't work out and I was about to concede that I needed to bite the bullet and consider buying a new one she told me that I could post for repair (no cost to me)I jumped at the chance, and after a couple of weeks I received my M1 back.Unfortunately it was still not working correctly. It had been explained to me that it was maybe going to be the case before...But not to worry Alisa was at hand to help me again.Two days later and I am now awaiting a replacement machine, at only a small cost to me.The customer service, ALISA has been amazing and they should be very proud to have her as a colleague.I look forward to making in the future, and can only recommend XTool as a company.The ease of having a rebuilt machine, and the dedicated XCS site is fantastic, even for a novice like me. Thank you all concerned, especially Alisa.
These people are scammers. They sell products with free "lifetime" updates, only for them to cancel this after purchase and charge you a yearly subscription for further updates. No complaints department, no official returns procedure, they will just ignore you if you have a problem. I'm sure all the positive feedbacks are fake. UK Trading Standards are investigating. Buy if you want, but there are much better products out there, and definitely much better companies to deal with.
