Customer service is great until they take your very large non refundable deposit. Do not select this mover. They use pressure tactics and threats of fines after you have signed. I haven’t even started my move and they are unable to answer questions regarding costs. I deeply regret giving them my business. Save yourself dollars and aggravation, do not use them.
