I ordered the Empress III Ring, and when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The ring was bulky and looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. I contacted customer service the same day I received it to request a return and a refund, only to be told that they don't accept returns unless the item is damaged. This is completely unacceptable. Their return policy is very restrictive and not customer-friendly at all. This was a terrible shopping experience—please be aware and avoid shopping from this site.
