I have however received my most recent order #7793. The ring is gorgeous. It is the same ring I previously ordered but have not received. I was also supposed to receive a one carat pendant necklace. I gave a 1 star only so I could write this review.

UPDATE - I have just had a reply from the company and I can see that one of the three items that I have purchased appears to be in the mail. Once I hear from the company and I have received all three items that I purchased then I will more than happy to change my review to 5 stars.I am just trying to get someone from the company to respond to my request for an update on my order. I have purchased from them before and it went really well, however this time, it’s been a month since I ordered and I have heard absolutely nothing. I will happily change the review if I could just get someone to reply to me.

Order not received. No response from their customer service

I WISH I HAD READ THE MANY REVIEWS OF XVI LATORRE CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR SEVERAL WEEKS/ MONTHS FOR their orders and ZERO communication from customer service before I ordered with this company. I placed an order 18 business days ago. Their website says orders are crafted and shipped within 5-6 days. So far, my order status is "UNFULFILLED". In the meantime, I have made 3 attempts to contact their customer service via email and they have not responded. BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with this company. I regret my decision.

Warning - Some sort of customer support would be nice

Some better correspondence would be nice. AI chat just doesn't cut it for us over 50s. I would have thought ordering in November for a Christmas gift would have been a safe bet. But no, no contact just radio silence
