I placed an order and received it on time, but one item was missing. When I contacted customer care, they unexpectedly demanded an unboxing video as proof. It’s unreasonable to expect someone to record that in advance. I provided photos of what I received, but it was still a disappointing experience. For such a small order, it’s hard to believe anyone would intentionally manipulate the package. If others have faced similar issues, I’d appreciate hearing about it.
