Avoid this seller; they clearly don’t understand customer service! I ordered 5 items but only received 4. When I contacted them with proof, they denied it and insisted I provide an unboxing video. Why would I lie over such a small amount? Very poor service.

When I raised the issue, the support team hid behind their policies and refused to assist, even after I explained the situation. This reflects a serious packing issue, and their handling of it feels deceptive. I advise new customers to: 👉 Document unboxing. 👉 Count items immediately. 👉 Don’t expect help if issues arise. Very disappointed with the service. Poor packaging and customer service.
I ordered an XXL item but received an L instead. After requesting an exchange, I was sent another L, which was incredibly frustrating. My order clearly showed I selected XXL, and I provided screenshots, but the support team insisted I ordered L. Their responses were unhelpful. There’s no effective customer support; no phone number and vague email replies. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lack of accountability makes this a waste of time and money. I advise against purchasing from this company until they improve their service.
Extremely poor service provider. I placed an order 18 days ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. They don’t provide updates via call or message, and I’ve had to follow up myself. Their WhatsApp response is just an AI chatbot with the same message every time. I strongly recommend against buying from this seller.
