I had purchased 5 pairs of underwear they are a total waste of discomfort and I am repeatedly asking for refund which seems to be a scam return policy their customer support number always redirects to a chat bot and mails have been totally ignored... no reply nothing... it's been more than 15 days and my money is not yet credited...Xyxx is a total scam company which gives zero support for customer assistance,there is no one to talk about the issues... Scam...Don't buy their products... as you will get trapped in their loop of redirection...
