However, I was very unhappy with our telephone provider and was open to a conversation with Y-our Network. They have to date made good on all their promises, all contact is responded to in a very timely fashion and the transfer of our account from A N Other to Y-our Network has gone seemlessly. We have been with them for about 1 month so far, and I can honestly say the whole process has been painless and they have been a pleasure to work with. I don't often say that about telephone companies! I would happily recommend them if you are looking to change firms.
