So I ordered a board game threw the Yachew website. 5 days passed as I saw no label had been made for my package. I emailed the company support about international shipping and why no shipping label had been created. They replied and told me about the shipping, but let me know they had issues with the supplier getting in product and no idea when the items were going to get to their warehouse or when my package would be shipped. I dont appreciate that I had to contact them on one problem to only find out that they gladly took my money, but weren't going to notify me that they sold me a product that wasn't in their warehouse to ship and couldn't give me a time frame when they would receive the product for them to finally ship. 133.79 was taken out and there is no cancel option to refuse the package. I looked up the game and where its from. It could 7 MONTHS for them to restock the item to yachew.com. Glad they responded to me, but now I want to cancel the order and get my money back, but I get no response from them now on canceling or how they plan to process this. Definitely not a fan on how they sell things on their website, use the SHOP app to track inventory or how they sell thing from their website when they dont have it in stock
