I placed an order on November 23rd, with a promised delivery time of 3–5 working days. Two weeks later, without any updates, I reached out to customer service to inform them that we would not be able to receive the parcel due to our travel plans. I was assured this would not be a problem, that the parcel would be sent back to the sender, and that I would receive a refund. A month has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund, any emails, or communication from the company. I have since sent another email and am awaiting a response, but if this issue is not resolved soon, I will have to consider further action.
