I placed two separate orders on 12/2/15 and as of today, 12/18/25, I have yet to receive any communication regarding my orders. I've emailed twice and left a voicemail on 12/15/25, but have not heard back! I spent around $500 on those orders and I genuinely feel scammed and exploited!
