I placed two separate orders on 12/2/15 and as of today, 12/18/25, I have yet to receive any communication regarding my orders. I've emailed twice and left a voicemail on 12/15/25, but have not heard back! I spent around $500 on those orders and I genuinely feel scammed and exploited!

There was a simple mistake on my order but they have good customer service. They responded quickly, were polite and helpful, and resolved the issue without any hassle. Mistakes happen, but its how the company handles them that really matters and they handled it very well.
