Customer service was super unhelpful and rude. I placed an order (my first ever order on the site), tried to cancel some items from my order 10 minutes after I placed it, and the customer service rep just kept giving me canned replies saying once an order is placed, I cannot modify it even if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. My only options are to keep the order as-is or cancel the entire order. Technically I probably could have reordered without the items I tried to cancel, but they were so rude that I refused to give them any of my business.
